Towering tors of Misool Island
After a spectacular experience in the postcard-perfect Raja Ampat, today was our final day in this stunning archipelago. This morning, we were greeted by a hot day and clear skies as we visited the karst landscape of Misool Island. Here, we had the opportunity to climb up a 100-metre limestone tor for a dramatic view over the lagoons, including one shaped like a heart. The local rock art was equally impressive, with some pieces over 4000 years old.
In the afternoon, we enjoyed swimming and snorkelling at a white-sand beach, immersing ourselves in the breathtaking underwater world.
