First Voyage of the Season Sets Sail Under Perfect Conditions
Bluff turned on the weather for our first departure of the season as Spirit of Enderby set sail accompanied by brilliant sunshine, calm water and a gentle breeze at 1715.
An excited ship full of passengers eager to explore the furthest reaches of New Zealand's backyard celebrated the auspicious occasion with bubbles on the bow while the sky turned on a tremendous show with a stunning sunset.
All in all a brilliant start to our first expedition Unseen Fiordland and Stewart Island and Southern Ocean season.
