Cruising the magnificent Milford Sound

It was an exciting start to the day as we began our sunrise cruise around Milford Sound at 0530, enjoying the serenity and silence as the landscape revealed itself through the morning mist. Captain Jacek took the bow closer to the scenery as he expertly manoeuvred Heritage Adventurer right up to Stirling Falls! After exiting Milford Sound, we enjoyed a morning of presentations and discussion panels on our way to Doubtful Sound/Patea. In Doubtful Sound, we explored predator-free Secretary Island by foot to immerse ourselves in the forest's interior or by Zodiac to discover the dramatic and steep coastline.
