Sunset Sailing to Bluff

Spirit of Enderby, Lyttelton, D.Bowen

Following a full on 3 days in the Port of Lyttelton preparing for her next adventure, Spirit of Enderby set sail into the sunset and calm waters at 1900 heading south to Bluff.

On Thursday she will welcome the first guests of Heritage Expeditions Southern Season on board for our 19-day Birding Down Under expedition to New Zealand and Australia's Subantarctic Islands as well as the Bounty, Antipodes, Chatham and Mangere Islands.

One of our signature expeditions, Birding Down Under explores the 'Albatross Latitudes' where 10 of the world's albatross species, and more than 40 endemic seabird species, breed as well as offering the chance to see up to eight species of penguin.
